At Evolve our team of Women’s Health Specialist Trainers focus on the entirety of the Women’s Health journey, from optimal training around your menstrual-cycle, getting healthy for preconception, staying strong in pregnancy, rehabilitating in postpartum or focusing on joint health in the peri-menopause transition into menopause. are here to support you in each phase of your life.

1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training

We offer premium female-specific personal training with our Women’s Health Specialist Trainers in the following areas:

  • Pregnancy

  • Postpartum

  • Women’s Specific Fitness (menstrual; pre-conception)

  • Female Athlete & Performance

  • Peri / Post Menopause Training

We offer 2-on-1 Personal Training for a competitive price.


Mat pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. We currently offer group prenatal mat pilates, or private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.

REFORMER PILATES

The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. Reformer pilates allows the client to work through greater ranges of motion, core stabilisation, muscular endurance, lactate tolerance and rehabilitation.


Group classes

Our small group classes are a great way to access high-quality expertise at affordable prices. Catered for all with pre and post natal modifications available, anyone can join. All Classes are 45 minutes long.
