About Me:
Hayley is a dedicated Sports Therapist from the UK, currently based in Hong Kong since 2018. She graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2010 and has gained extensive experience working within the NHS, with the England Women’s National Football Team, and with Olympic and Paralympic athletes at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.
During her over three years at the Sports Institute, Hayley has worked with a diverse range of sports, including triathlon, squash, equestrian, and fencing. This role has also allowed her to travel to international competitions and attend training camps.
Committed to enhancing her expertise in women's health, Hayley completed the pre- and post-natal NASM course for trainers at Joint Dynamics. Her work encompasses personal training and rehabilitation for various women's health issues, such as diastasis and pelvic girdle pain. She collaborates closely with women's health physiotherapists to provide comprehensive care.
At Joint Dynamics Evolve, Hayley has spent the last three years focusing on empowering women throughout pregnancy, helping them regain strength postpartum, and addressing health concerns such as helping to rehabilitate prolapse and diastasis, as well as guiding their return to sport. She also runs a weekly strength class.
