Training Philosophy:

What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you.

Georgia has really struck a great balance with me, she has high emotional intelligence and listens to how I feel each session. She shapes her sessions around this and as a result has very quickly built up a rapport me, which has meant she knows she can stretch and challenge me even when I don’t necessarily feel like it. Thank you for matching me with Georgia, I’ve had a very tough few weeks and seeing her always makes me feel better; she is a real asset in your team and a champion of Joint Dynamics.
