Eleanor is a highly experienced personal trainer working across all aspects of strength and conditioning with a specific focus on Women's Health. She is particularly passionate about supporting women to exercise in their pregnancy, following a research based approach and working collaboratively with the Women's Health Team.
She is compassionate and empathetic yet will get the best out of you on any given day. Her motivation is to empower women to learn what they CAN do and build their self confidence to challenge themselves.
Eleanor’s personal interest in fitness came as her love for running grew. From 100k mountain ultra races to chasing a personal best in her 10k. She loves a challenge and is dedicated to her professional development, seeking ongoing education wherever possible.
